Finding the Heart of Christmas

In the Philippines, the coming of Christmas is a season like no other. This is the time of the year when our streets are illuminated with colorful LIGHTS, and the sweet
 sounds of FAMOUSChristmas carols fill the atmosphere. People from all walks of life come together, feeling a kind of excitement and anticipation in the air wherever we go. In the midst of the fun and celebration, we might have forgotten the true meaning of this special season: the coming of CHRISTMAS.
Essentially, Christmas is a festival of hope. It is a reminder that there is always a second chance in life, no matter how hopeless things seem. Christmas is about love – a love so great, so powerful, that it can transform the world. It is also about the special thing, the tie, the bond, which brings us together as families, as communities. Christmas is a season where we reflect on the good things in life, where we thank people who make life worth living.
However, there is much more involved in giving and taking gifts in Christmas. It is about being in the moment and being with people we hold close in our lives, sharing stories, getting laughs

reflection for the 1st quarter

Johvan Angelo Zaijan R Pre  10-Maxwell Reflection for the 1st quarter   During the first quarter, I learned a lot that helped me do better in school. I learned new things in my class and I learned the importance of focusing and managing my time well. I also learned that school isn't just about memorizing things but about understanding and using what I learn in real life. Of course , I had some problems too. Sometimes the lessons were hard, and it was hard to keep up with the work. It was also hard to manage my time because we had so much to do. And to fix these problems, I will  asked my teachers and classmates for help, studied my lessons more carefully, and tried to catch up the lessons if missed.   Moving forward , I will try my best to be responsible and work hard in my studies. I'll work on using my time better and stay positive even when things get hard.I think I can do better and get more done in the next quarters and God will guide me.
